Bacterial Isolation Devices

With work previously done at Northeastern University, we have developed a powerful tool for automated isolation of bacterial cells from water and soil samples. A major advantage of this development is its improved isolation efficiency.

Cell Culture

In an effort to gain a better understanding of the world around us, we use microfabricated devices and techniques to investigate the organization and function of microbial communities. We are currently looking to expand this work by collaborating with groups and organizations who strive to understand or manipulate microbiomes.
